What information do I need when calling customer service?

Please have the following information ready when you call:
  • Model Number
  • Serial Number
  • Proof of Purchase (for warranty claims)
  • Date and Place of Purchase

Our technicians will walk you through some basic diagnostics, so it is best to call when you are near your product.
