iLINK will not start my generator.

First, press the home icon, and make sure you have a Bluetooth. connection established with your generator. Second, tap on the name of your generator and enter your PIN code. If connection is successful you will be taken to the “Dashboard” screen. You should see “Off>Ready” above the green “START” button in the app. Once you’ve confirmed connection is properly established but the generator fails to start, the issue is usually no fuel, low oil level, or loose spark plug wire. Check troubleshooting section for other causes.
